Cheryl Simpson provides consulting, leadership and expertise on IT Service Management deficiencies identification, process maturity, continuous improvement, Service Management Tool implementation and governance to Government, Financial Institutions and Publicly Traded companies. She was directly involved with the strategy, roadmap, process design and process and tool implementations of all areas ITIL®.
Cheryl holds the IT Service Management V3 Expert Certification and the V2 Manager’s Certificate in IT Service Management. She is a contributing author on several ITIL® and IT Service Management publications and newsletters and is a frequent ITIL®/IT Service Management conference presenter.
Cheryl joined Learning Tree International in 2005 to assist with the development of the ITIL V2 course offerings. She is the author of three ITIL V2/V3 courses and serves as the Technical Editor for two other ITIL® courses. She currently instructs courses across the entire ITIL® curricula.
