My passion for enablement has led me on a journey through roles from project manager to scrum master to agile coach and trainer to organisational transformation and leadership coaching…to now, simply change enabler. I work with leadership and teams to help transform their organisations to enable positive change and increase their competitiveness.
My work has led me on some great adventures around the world and has allowed me to meet some incredible people. Now starting GWS Partners in London I plan to grow my experience whilst helping organisations to really find their potential.
I have delivered training and coaching at Harvard and Villanova universities, to enterprises (Lloyds of London, GlaxoSmithKline, Shell, Dell EMC, Bank of America, United Airlines, Bank of America, BNY Mellon, HP Madrid etc) and to governmental groups (US Dept. of Labor Statistics). This has led me to work in many places with many cultures; Poland, Turkey, India, Macedonia, Ireland, Spain, Australia, USA and the UK.
I have also been lucky enough to be invited to speak regularly at industry events, such as AgileBoston, Agile Cincinnati 2016, Southern Fried Agile, ScrumDay Portugal 2017, PMI Mega Event 2017, ScrumDay Malta 2017 and for the IIL’s Agile and Scrum 2016 conference. I was also extremely proud to be the keynote speaker for the AgileIndy 2017 conference and a fantastic audience of 700 people.
