The news we have been waiting for has finally arrived, the ITIL Practitioner Global Launch will be on February 25th. The Launch will focus on introducing you to a number of ITIL Practitioner core competencies and principles designed to help you adapt and adopt ITIL to best suit you and your organization’s need.

I will represent Learning Tree International as a panel member during the webinars in two streams for global professionals:

  • Stream 1 starting at 8 AM GMT for EMEA
  • Stream 2 starting at 11 AM EST for the Americas

ITIL® Practitioner Global Summit

The sessions I will be leading were developed for ITSM professionals looking for concrete reasons to become an ITIL Practitioner and will address how certification can genuinely help them provide value within their roles and organizations. All the sessions will be followed by a live Q&A and I look forward to answering as many questions as possible for those who attend.

This session will be towards the end of what AXELOS is referring to as ITIL Practitioner Month.

Learning Tree will be releasing the new ITIL Practitioner qualification in April 2016. The course will be over 2 days followed by a final day examination.
