ITIL® Practitioner Global Summit

The sessions I will be leading were developed for ITSM professionals looking for concrete reasons to become an ITIL Practitioner and will address how certification can genuinely help them provide value within their roles and organizations. All the sessions will be followed by a live Q&A and I look forward to answering as many questions as possible for those who attend.

This session will be towards the end of what AXELOS is referring to as ITIL Practitioner Month.

Why should you attend?

The event is specifically geared for the needs of the individuals who are considering ITIL Practitioner as a method of successfully implementing best practice within their organization. If you are seeking more information on the qualification, why the need to add this qualification, the targeted audience and how this strengthens the ITIL framework moving forward, then this is the session for you!

What next?
